Appointment Policy

 

Bally Pilates is committed to providing quality services and programs for health, performance and rehabilitation. Our appointment policy enables us to provide a consistently high level of care to all clients. 

By visiting our studio and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following 'Terms of Service":

 

12 Hour Cancelation Policy

 

Appointment reminders are sent the day before your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please kindly do so with 12 hours’ notice through your client account via the Mindbody App. Cancelations with less than 12 hours’ notice and no shows will incur the full fee for the session/class.    

 

Clients on Unlimited or Lifestyle Memberships or participating in an Intro Offer who cancel with les than 12 hours' notice or fail to attend without any notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee.              

Rescheduling an Appointment

Sessions that cannot be attended inline with the Cancelation Policy can be rescheduled through your client account via the Mindbody App.

Liability Waiver ​

Bally Pilates accepts no responsibility for the treatment received. Bally Pilates adopts assurance protocols in accordance with the clinical guidelines specified by the respective governing bodies.

Refund Policy

Subject to the Australian Consumer law, no refunds will be given for change of mind. Any special circumstances will be considered at our sole discretion and only approved at our absolute discretion refunds may be considered and approved by management. You may exchange a service you purchased for another service, but this is not applicable to any equipment or clothing.

Social Media Policy & Release

We love using social media to share our love of health and fitness, and share updates about our studio and clients, with other users. Once you are a member of Bally Pilates, we will invite you to follow our Socials and encourage everyone to join us on these platforms, however, we do have specific standards of conduct and behaviour. We will not accept or tolerate any foul language or abusive behaviour. We will block or delete any users or comments that do not comply with these standards.

 

We encourage users to share our photos or their own photos of our studio but would ask that we be credited as the owner of these images. We also love sharing your photos of our studio, and your experiences with our classes. We will always credit you as the owner of these images.

 

By agreeing to these Terms, consent is given for your photo to be published on our social media platforms and website.
