The 28-Day Winter Challenge is about committing to yourself, committing to complete well being and committing to live in a body you love. 

Whether you’re wanting to sculpt and strengthen your core, lengthen and tone your arms and legs or simply level up your training and nutrition in preparation for the warmer weather, this four week challenge will have you feeling your best this season!

The Complete Studio Experience

Choose between REFOMRMER and STUDIO EQUIPMENT CLASSES, or mix and match to suit your desires.

Challenge Inclusions:  

  • In-Studio Reformer and/or Studio Equipment Classes 

  • At-Home Challenge Schedule including daily classes (on-demand) for REFORMER and MAT PILATES
