On your initial appointment, Maghan goes through everything with you. She asks all the right questions to understand your body and what your desired results are and from there she tailors exercises to suit you as individual. Maghan understands my capabilities but also pushes me out of my comfort zone. I’m so amazed at what I can achieve, and how quickly and positively my body is reacting to the exercises.
